Credit Control Specialist |

Job title: Credit Control Specialist Department: Finance/Controlling Reports to: Credit Control Manager FLSA Class: Non-Exempt General job description:
Credit control duties consist of daily contact with customers to obtain payment of unpaid invoices. Cash application duties consist of posting customer checks in SAP to clear customer accounts.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Credit control: A/R - Collections - Monitor accounts receivable and contact customers to obtain payment of outstanding invoices in accordance with the guidelines required by our credit insurance company.
- Mail reminders and statements to customers to obtain payment of outstanding invoices. Maintain files on all accounts with collection activity.
- Review hold order report several times daily and contact customers for payment. Perform frequent checks in SAP to release orders and/or deliveries where possible.
- Contact accounts to obtain a current credit application if needed.
- Communicate internally about urgent collection issues where needed.
- Research short payments. Collect documentation on all valid claims issues and forward for approval. Send chargeback notification on all invalid deductions and follow up on repayment of those items.
Cash application: Incoming customer checks: - Post incoming customer checks in SAP efficiently, BUT correctly

General Job description: Organization of the printing department. Guarantees the consistency of color over the reproductions. Organizes perfect flow during frequent changeovers (lean). Is responsible for the operators (ink kitchen, printing machines, printing cylinder handling). Proposes how to improve the process. Job duties and responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate all production activities of the printing department during the shift. Analyze and follow-up the planning schedules in order to organize the printing activities, and to follow-up the inventory of raw materials for the launching timely requisition orders.
- Motivate, support and oversee his/her team with the purpose of giving them the right instructions and to foresee necessary training in order to ensure the proper performance of the team. Able to write the job description of all the workstations under his/her command.
- Supervise machine settings in order to obtain an end product corresponding to the quality specifications and within the efficiency standards.
- Prepare color formulas. Prepare and execute tests in comparison with the reference color and design. Keep track by way of reference samples of all production runs, and produce the right number of paint containers for each design. Organize a smooth, efficient transition from one color pattern to another.
- Organize the shift changes in such a way that there are no problems for the next shift to take over. Report information to the VP Manufacturing should problems arise, so that he/she can take necessary action.
- Do the necessary paperwork on reporting and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the other production departments, such as coating, compounding, quality, shipment and maintenance in order to assure an overall smooth functioning.
- Must serve as a back up to cover for absences from members of the management team.
- Ensure the overall discipline and neatness on the work floor.
- Supervise the compliance with the safety and environmental instructions in his team.

The ICT Application Support Specialist will be working out of the new plant in Dalton supporting the local ICT applications. He/she will also be involved in the implementation of new projects in cooperation with Corporate ICT. Job duties and responsibilities: - Train employees in new business applications (with assistance of Corporate ICT) that will be used in the new Dalton plant
- Support and train local key-users and end-users in the proper use of ICT Applications
- Gather and analyse requests and improvements on existing business applications and discuss them with Corporate ICT.
- Be standby outside business hours to solve blocking ICT-issues. In order to have a limited number of interventions, he/she will devote a lot of attention to the quality of installed applications and to clear failover procedures for shift leaders.

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment. Preventative maintenance processes must be followed and maintained. Must take part in diagnosis of production, quality, and/or safety issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Equipment at the facility includes blowers, mixers, pumps, hot oil boilers, air compressors, chillers, heat exchangers, printers, ovens, and various rotating equipment. Job duties and responsibilities: - Receive assignments from Maintenance Supervision and/or Departmental Supervisors.
- Must keep equipment throughout the facility in good working order, including manufacturing equipment, utilities equipment, maintenance tools and equipment, and other miscellaneous items. Equipment requiring specialized skills may be serviced through a contracted service contractor.
- Troubleshooting equipment and systems, including various rotating equipment, plant utility systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Resolve issues in a safe, timely manner using sound mechanical maintenance practices.
