Purchase orders are considered confirmed unless you contact the orderdesk before the end of the business day, in case you would like to modify or cancel the order.
Otherwise our customer service team will process and ship your order within 48 hours.
Expected delivery time is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS from receipt of order on both rolls and cuts. For your convenience, an order confirmation will be automatically faxed to you, once your order has been entered in our system. Click here for an example of such order confirmation :  A packing list will be automatically faxed to you, as an indication that your order has shipped.
